No one on sight to help find your room . Tried to get help, the person we talked to was in India. Zero help. I finally found our room and also try to help other people looking for their rooms. The people in the room above us where making noise until 4am . I got up the next morning and the people above us started making tons of noise. I said that's it where out of here. I paid for a six nights stay. So I lost out big time. My girlfriend was very disappointed. A complex that large should have someone on site 24/7.

We have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it. We have an amazing HOA and the location cannot be beat. 3 close beach access points, the state park, and easy access to Hwy 98, Sandestin and PCB.

We rented a condo at Beach Manor. Faced the water. GREAT VIEW. Camera angle does no justice. Objects are closer than they appear. Honestly the only issue was if you have someone coming to visit you. You have to go to the guard shack and tell them the name. The folks at the guard shack were super nice and polite. You can’t just call. I did not like that, but I totally understand it. I just clean a few of these condominiums. I e never stayed here.. but they are pretty nice..
