Absolutely fantastic service.
I had an awesome experience at Topsoil Tire and Auto. The first time I called, the owner Kenny picked up. He was super helpful and kind right off the bat. When I came in to get my new tires and rims put on, I worked with Ross who was freaking legendary. I don’t know a ton about the Jeep I just bought, and Ross was patient, answered all my questions, and even looked into a few extra options for me like getting a spare tire and rim to match my new set. My last 3 visits did not go well. After 3 tries and a LOT of money, my car still vibrates at 55 (another mechanic figured out it was the struts) and my AC still gets warm when the car has been driven in the heat for 30 minutes. I won't be going back.
