this landlord just loves to take advantage of people. he plays the good guy to your face, promises to fix things etc. what he really does is just shuffle your requests around, deflect, and then nothing gets fixed. When you complain he threatens to evict you or raise your rent. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, Fin a landlord who actually respects their position, and cares for the property. It’s not worth the headache for you and your family BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY
This Realty company doesn’t deserve not even a star, for they break every Housing law in the book starting with discrimination, I am tired that in this island real estate agents and landlords discriminate and break the law bluntly and get away with it.
