Traci helped me purchase a home from my cousins and did a great job balancing everyone's interests and needs.
We had bought our property from Louise and I had her sell the property also. Louise goes above and beyond in the process of buying and selling properties. She managed all aspects of the showings and preparations of the property due to the fact that we live out of state. She helped coordinate contractors for simple repairs and gave great recommendations in other aspects of preparing the property for sale. I would definitely work with Louise again and highly recommend her.
I have worked with Stephen Lake as my realtor for 12 years. He rented my property every year without incident. He's competent, trustworthy, accessible, and honest. I never had a single problem with the tenants he helped select. And when it came time to sell my house he completed the sale in a timely fashion. I have zero regrets or complaints. I can not recommend him enough. He's the best!
