The staff is great , not a long wait,and they try to make it as pleasant as possible.
Had shoulder surgery there yesterday and this was my first time not being in the med center for surgery so I was a little concerned but my surgeon was amazing and I have to say the ENTIRE staff from start to finish at TOPS were outstanding! I felt so cared for from walking in the door till they put me in my car when it was done. So much personal attention and very detail oriented. The pre-op and post-op nurses were fantastic. The anesthesiologist and anesthetist were fantastic. Also the surg techs. Everyone went out of their way to be upbeat and friendly and helpful! And also my surgeon Dr. Barhorst. I highly recommend Dr. Barhorst for pain management! It was a very pleasant experience given the circumstances!
A very pleasant visit. Front desk managed check in effectively and the radiology tech calmed my nerves.
