We highly recommend Tops Roofing. Tops originally did our roof back in 2016 and everything was great from installation to clean-up. in 2025 we had a leak. Brian came to inspect and found that two air vents were damaged. We are in a townhome and can only conclude that our neighbour’s roofing contractor is responsible for the damages through careless handling of materials. We had a leak coming through our ceiling and onto our kitchen floor and thought it might be a roof leak. It was winter and the roof was snow covered. We contacted Brian (Tops) with our problem and he came the very next day. He went floor to floor and confirmed that it looked to be a roof problem.
