When you say that you're open from 6:00 to 11:00 on Christmas day for the public and I get there and your doors are locked at 9:00. That's pretty sad!! I could have just stayed home.
Very bad customer service. The cashier Trent b should be ashamed of himself. Throwing f bombs (about 5 or more to be exact) when you are talking to another employee as your cashing out a customer is very rude and disrespectful. Thank God I'm not the manager of that store. Anyone know the email to the owner of store because I called and complained and the girl that answered the phone didn't seem to care. She was just as rude as Trent.
Great bonus card values. Store was neat and clean.
