I had a poor experience at this Tops location because there were no cashier lanes open, so my only option was to use the Self-Checkout. The self-checkout machine was causing inconvenience to me because it kept acting up (to where an employee had to keep coming over anyways), and I don't think it's my job to be the cashier - especially at a store where you pay more specifically for a better experience. I would suggest saving your money and going to another store instead.
Good little Tops market in Niagara Falls NY, less crowded than the other stores in the area, old style grocery shopping.
