Great bonus card values. Store was neat and clean.
Girl friend got two and we went to self checkout it wasnt showing the 2nd free so I went and double checked and when I got back she already paid because the helper was no help he just said that's tomorrow's price? Pretty sure that's not how that works. Also you must honor your price shown and there is no date. So either he was lying or the whole store is shady or both.
This Tops lacks motivation from their employees. Almost every employee there needs proper training in customer service. I’ve had a few bad experiences here that made me stop going here all together. If I have to drive the extra 10 min to the Tops in Lewiston or to Wegmans, so be it. The one time I went to buy a case of hint water from them, and it was on sale. The cleanliness of the store is horrible. Management should be fired for lack of food grade practices. Walls and helves have dirt on them, expired food items for sale, and their employees are treated with even less respect.
I actually abandoned a purchase here. (Only 2 bottleS of soda). Couldn't get the e coupon to work with app and sign in. Staff tried to help twice no go.
