I booked this venue using booking.com. Unfortunately, booking.com will search dates other than what is specified and the wrong night was booked at this place. It was noticed immediately, the property was contacted, and booking.com was contacted. The property refused to cancel the reservation and charged me full price for a room I didn’t stay in even though the agent for booking.com let them know if they canceled the reservation for me, they wouldn’t be charged the commission fee.
