I booked this venue using booking.com. Unfortunately, booking.com will search dates other than what is specified and the wrong night was booked at this place. It was noticed immediately, the property was contacted, and booking.com was contacted. The property refused to cancel the reservation and charged me full price for a room I didn’t stay in even though the agent for booking.com let them know if they canceled the reservation for me, they wouldn’t be charged the commission fee. The best and least populated beach on the Florida Panhandle. Topsl sits adjacent to a private reserve and then the Topsail State Park. Nice, privately owned condos are available for rent in three tiers of distance to the beach. The Summit is our favorite value. The Tides and Beach Manor are closer to the beach, but cost 2x or 3x for same quality of room.
