On November 26 I when to shop at this store for a little bit of groceries but the minute that I walk into the store I was giving some of the most nasty look's that I have deal with around this area a old lady lost her purse and she approach me to ask if I seen it and she search my cart to verify I didn't mind her so I suggest for her to ask management to look into the store cameras and thank God her purse was found no where near me or in a area that I walk into but regardless of not having anything to do with the Lost of her... read more

I think Top's in Meadville is terrible, especially their baker. My daughter ordered a birthday cake for my grandson's 7th birthday party on 6-21-25 she left her name and phone number and the time she would arrive to pick up and pay for the cake well when she got to tops the bakery told her they accodently gave her cake to some one else I don't know how you can accodently do that whenmy daughter let all of her information including the designed of the cake she wanted she was so angry I don't know if she talked to a mjanger I... read more

Older woman behind deli was slicing meat,paused to blow her nose.never even took off her gloves.she looked at the dirty kleenex.wadded it up tossed it n went on her way slicing meat same gloves.never came off ..YUMMY

This place is a fucking joke there's signs on the freezer that they r not working and if there's something specific that u would like to ask and they will get it for u so I did and they refused told me to go to the coop when I said no place else has it she said she was sorry but she wouldn't get it for me and I offered to go find it myself and I was refused that too

We recently had a holiday cake mix-up…even though we double checked our order at pick-up. When we cut into our $52 cake at the party…I immediately called the store. The manager did not hesitate to offer to refund our money. The cake was delicious, even though it was not what we ordered! When we went back to the store for the refund, we found that the manager had also left us a store gift card! Now, that’s Good Business! Thank you…we will be back!
