Topps Asphalt told us we needed drains to correct water coming into our garage. They installed ugly drains and they didn't work (all we needed was a new seal for the garage door)... they removed drains and filled the holes. Our business needed an asphalt repair. Topps came in a bit lower than the rest but it was not a good experience. The salesman Zach did not explain that the repair would not fully correct our problem. When I contacted him multiple times to discuss, he didn't respond. Finally, when he did respond, he said he is out of the office all day doing bids -- that's no reason not to respond!
