I had VNG tests last week in Macon. My tester, Wafa, was the greatest!!! I was very nervous. Of course people just had to tell me about bad experiences. I didn’t want to hear it but of course it stuck in my brain. Wafa was very friendly, professional, and experienced . Wafa explained every single thing she was going to do and then as she did it. Marisol is Chesapeake, VA did a great job with my appointment. Although there were many technical hurdles to jump over during my appointment, she kept me at ease and provided a soothing environment to the test.

We came in for an audiology test, and while the testing itself was very intensive and thorough, the experience was made much better thanks to Marisol at the Chesapeake, Virginia location. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step and made sure we were comfortable, which really put us at ease. Excellent care and professionalism. It also helped that she was bilingual and spoke spanish which helped my mom immensely.

Do not use topple diagnostics. They won't keep your appointment. I've waisted my time with them and I'm very disappointed!
