Performs utilization reviews for AIM/anthem denying surgery for patients about the country. A Hand surgeon mis-representing himself as orthopedic surgeon with experience in arthroscopy. He is the reason medical care in this country, and insurance companies are atrocious. He should be held accountable for negatively affecting care for patients not in his direct region.
Had hand Surgery yesterday. They are a great team of caregivers led by Dr .Hopper.
Dr. Topper has treated me with respect and kindness.
Great experience with Doctor and office staff. The office was efficient with x-rays immediately, no waiting before appointments and every appointment has been within a few days of calling, they are also very caring. Dr. Topper listens, discussed options, and was able to resolve my pain immediately. Have already recommended this office to friends.
