RecommendedWe are not normally sunrise/sunset watchers while in NYC, but they are a MUST at Topnotch! The fall foliage, the mountain views are spectacular. Beautiful spot for a long weekend-views,spa treatments, delicious food-10/10

It is a beautiful atmosphere, great rooms and lots to do (shuffle board, ping pong, tennis, pools, games, etc.). Loved it!!
Really nice place! Loved the pool and hot tub. Was really annoyed though with air conditioning being on a timer and turning off after about 20 then re starting... pretty irritating. Please fix that.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had food from The Roost which was a little disappointing (dead ant in salad). After a little back and forth with front desk (check out) they compensated us for our breakfast and lunch. Glad they made it right! However, we also went to the spa for some treatments. I booked a facial online that said 90 mins, but was told after treatment it was only 70 mins because they included cleanup time. This was never specified when i booked the appointment (it should have said 70 mins)... read more

The hotel is going downhill. The resort is mismanaged and falling apart. Their woman’s spa is a disgrace and full of mold. They just do not care. They cater to kids and it shows as the resort is becoming a mess. Most of the workers are very pleasant. They opened the pool on the 4th and it was GREEN and full of slime. Sound like a great resort. Maybe it’s me People were swimming in it like it was blue. It was disgusting in a time where we are stressing cleanliness !!! Their management sucks! Wake up Topnotch.. your loosing re... read more
