We experienced a ceiling collapse in our guest bathroom on Sunday on Sunday 9/16 which turned out to be due to a faulty skylight installation. I had a handyman come out on Wednesday 9/18 to access the damage and determine what the cost would be to repair. After that, I reviewed my homeowners policy with Peoples Trust/Topline Insurance and made contact with the claims department.
