Disgusting news! I hope Joe Nasif gets whats coming to him. Now his family is broken up and he risks arrest if he comes back to Australia from Lebanon. Karma for all the other families and businesses Toplace defrauded of millions of dollars and left with a tofu quality shoebox apartment.
Sad but True. Good to know that Australia is a lawful country. What Toplace has done to secure loans and sell poor quality apartments is disgraceful. I know a buyers agent who pushed these properties to some innocent Investors. I thought these kind of things only happen in South East Asia. Sharing this message so that none of my friends or family gets involved with these people.
