He charged me a $30 check cancel fee after HE mailed my check to the wrong location. He lied about when I would get my deposit back. The lease clearly stated 30 after vacating I didn't get it until over a week later. He was rude and disrespectful about the situation. He refused to refund my money back. Not a classy move on his part and will never do business with him again.
