Tope's is great! Great customer care! I trust Tope's. They fix what is wrong and don't try to sell me on another "problem" the way other places do. They often don't charge just to check out a problem; if their isn't one, they won't lie just to make money. I've used them for two years and don't have one single complaint. I will never go back to "chain" auto places for as long as I live in Pearland.
Very Trustworthy I have been using Tope's since they opened for business. I have taken old and new vehicles for both maintenance and repairs. The always have been reliable and deliver on what they promise. I have also taken family member's vehicles there for repairs. I highly recommend this company!
They're the Best I had taken my truck to several dealers and other auto repair shops in Houston. According to them, the problem couldn't be diagnosed without taking the motor apart, which was a minimum of $4,000.A friend told me to check out Tope's auto Repair. I did. The real problem was diagnosed without taking the motor apart and the truck was fixed quickly! I will never take my truck to anyone else. They have a lifetime customer in me!

Smooth Unethical Business Practices Based on my experience and research that I have conducted by interviewing several neighbors and friends and concluded that the business practices of Topes Auto Repair is highly not to be recommended to anyone, especially minorities or woman in which they both do not respect. Great service! Visiting relatives in Rosharon and had my Lincoln blow a spark plug out. Saw Topes online and they had great reviews. Called and talked with Joe and had AAA tow the car there while we came back to South Texas in a rental. Called AAA again and they highly recommended Topes and there was even a AAA discount. Everyone was right, this is a great repair shop with superb service! Joe was great to deal with.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not recommend.They re-built my transmission in April 2011. In Dec the transmission went out again. They advised warranty would not cover the parts, but would cover the labor. They had outsourced repairs without our knowledge. They had the car for 7 days. When we picked up the car, there was a tear in the backseat leather, seat belt had been cut, oil pan was leaking, transmission was leaking, and left wheel had been bent. Not Worth It Will not use again. Always trying to push additional repairs and additives. Always felt they were trying to pad the bill.
