The staff is friendly and flexible with scheduling in a crunch. Our kids have interesting teeth! And Dr. Underwood has been patient about pursuing the right course of treatment instead of rushing them into appliances or treatments they weren’t ready for. I’ve learned it’s as much about proper jaw and palate formation as it is about straightening teeth. Highly recommend.
I have had kids get their ortho work done with all 3 of the SW Topeka orthodontists. I loved Dr. Underwood's office by far the most. He and his staff make you feel like one of the family. I highly recommend them!
Dr Underwood and staff are great people and very professional. They have always treated my sons and I with respect. And truly care about my boys and the care they receive. Every question and concern has been answered and explained to my satisfaction.

It’s not often a child is excited to see the orthodontist but my little one loves visiting all of the staff at Topeka Orthopedics! Forever thankful for the tinder care they have given and continue to give to her.
All three of my girls have gone to Dr. Underwood. They treat you like a person not a number. Dr. Underwood touches base with parents as their child exits every time. Two of my girls are so excited with their smiles. Looking forward to our last smile completed soon! I have and do recommend him regularly!
