I have been a happy customer until yesterday. The technician who installed the replacement 401 Media in my Space Gard 2400air filter did not know what he was doing. The new filter was collapsed, which rendered it useless. I pulled it out and it appears to be shredded. That replacement filter cost me $40 and it’s unusable.
