Had a great experience today with my chihuahua Zoey ! Katie the tech was so sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Kerri was amazing , comforting , and worked with me on any questions and future goals we have for Zoey . Front desk staff was very welcoming and funny and very informative . Definitely recommend this office !
Puddun’ had the sweetest care from Topaz on her first day of acupuncture. She started gently walking on a paw that hasn’t touched the ground in 6 months! We are so excited to continue her treatment with Dr. Marzke and aunt Traci at Topaz.💚
Brought my doggies in today for the first time and it went as well as it could have went. One dog is very calm. He had a stellar experience with the tech and Dr. Bourne. They brought him a plate of peanut butter and made sure he was acclimated to them before moving forward with anything. Dr. Bourne even got down really low with King to make sure she wasn't seen as a threat. Mimi, our other dog, was more a little hassle. They take really good care of my girls and they're fabulous about answering questions and fitting us in when something shows up. They always offer multiple options and never make me feel rushed or like they're waiting for me to get out the door. The entire staff is lovely, from the receptionists to the vet techs and the vets. I've (finally) gotten to meet all of them (my dogs are a bit of a trainwreck) and I've been happy with each one. They're really good people, and they really care.
