I have been here only a month but the experience here is great. ALICIA the manager goes above and beyond for her tenants. She made sure me and my boys were good and she even gave us the keys a day before my lease started. If yall looking for a cozy, QUIET, comfortable place that is quick and efficient with everything including maintenance problem then topaz springs is where you wanna be I promise!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!. This apartment complex is unprofessional and unreliable. Rent keeps increasing, yet management never answers the phone—even in situations where tenants may need urgent help. It is unacceptable for any property to be this unreachable. They tell people to “give them a call” in responses, but no one ever answers. Do not be misled. Please read all reviews and stay away. If anyone is interested in joining a potential class action lawsuit against this apartment complex, Information will be posted soon. Thank You .

I’ve lived here for almost 10 years, and it’s been very disappointing. The pool has been unavailable for the last 3–4 years, and the gym is no longer open 24 hours like it used to be—it’s only open during office hours, and most of the equipment doesn’t even work. I’ve had several water leaks in my apartment. I asked management to test for mold because my son has asthma, but they ignored my concerns and simply painted over the damaged areas.
