Roaches, maintenance doesn't do work good, dirty, rude, stay away. We pay rent on time , don't cause any issues and our washer has been broken for two months. At least come look at it..

They do a lot for the people in the community, like bingo night handing out school supply and food etc but the maintenence department is trash I have a work order in for my sink for over 90 days and counting
