Tried applying for an apartment at their Kester location and it took over a month and a half for them to tell us we did not qualify. They are very suspicious company who never gave us a clear communication of what step of the application process we were in. They told us they had submitted our application 3 times throughout the month only to reach out to us over a week later giving us an incredibly short amount of time to help them fix something they missed or were not competent enough to do.
