We waited a while to get our rug back, but the results made it worthwhile. They were busy for a good reason. The cleaning was excellent, and they also repaired the fringe by carefully untying and retying it by hand the proper way, which helped protect the value of our hand-knotted rug. Our carpet felt soft, not crunchy at all, and looked so much cleaner afterward. I also really appreciate that the company sends a photo of the technician before the appointment, so you know who will be arriving. That added peace of mind, along with the prompt arrival and clear... read more

Our carpet looked spotless, smelled fresh, and the whole job was finished quickly. Later, we had another carpet mess, and the team came back and cleaned the carpets again. once again, they left no doubt in our mind that everything was fully clean. The results... read more
