Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I called because my puppy urinated on my carpet and I couldn't get the smell out with my carpet cleaner at home. They quoted me $80 dollars when I called. When the tech got there, he told me $80 was for the standard cleaning and it wouldn't get rid of the smell but if I paid $200 he guaranteed that would get rid of it. I waited 2 days for the carpet to dry and the smell is still there. I called to complain and the manager called me back saying I'd have to pay $300 for a deep cleaning. ... read more
