Never received warranty policy or loan paperwork copy(paid for two year warranty). I’ve requested these documents several times over the last 2 months. They had new brakes installed but they over tightened the lugs. Had to stand on breaker bar and bounce on it to get them loose(I am over 300 pounds!) I do like the vehicle overall.
Very helpful and friendly! What i expected to be a long and excruciating process, was actually very easy and quick thanks to the professional and knowledgeable staff.
