Extremely disappointing experience. Our group booked and paid for a Saturday-to-Saturday vacation, but the day before our scheduled flights, the agency changed both flights for half of our group. Instead of flying on Saturday as planned, travelers were forced onto flights departing Friday and returning at inconvenient early morning hours, effectively cutting our vacation short.
