Me atendio Pavel Excelente servicio, seriedad, profesionalidad y seguimiento hasta que regresamos a Miami. Nuestra familia compuesta de 24 personas, de ellas 5 viajaron desde Cuba, nos hospedamos en el Hotel Serenade (Punta Cana). El vuelo, el transfer hacia el hotel y la estadia en el hotel estuvo muy bien coordinada. Las personas que viajaron de Cuba no tuvieron problemas. Lo recomiendo si quiere pasar unas excelentes vacaciones familiares sin preocuparse demasiado por las gestiones de las reservas.
