Beware of **** the owner. He is a scam artist. He ripped me off for over $3800 and also ripped off Bill from ***** Pros for over $4000 for Stumps that he grind and was never paid for. **** is a complete scumbag do not hire this guy.
Taking senior citizens money for a half completed job. Told my mother that they had a minimum fee of $550 for any job and then add on to that. Removed 3 shrubs and told her they would remove a tree but then didn't. Said it was extra to remove the tree and she knew that. Had a shady slickster of a fella come out and give an estimate verbally, nothing in writing, never even got a signature for the work. Unfortunately, this review switched from terrific to terrible with one phone call from the owner of this ***************** on the day my job was supposed to be performed. They came out on the same day for an estimate, and said they would come the next day, between 1:30 and 3:30pm to work on my tree. **** and his entire crew from the office manager **************************** who came out and did the estimate to the entire crew **** included who came out to take care of my trees were nothing but professional and knowledgeable. They were on time, efficient and respectful. Everything from start to finish went with such ease! Scheduling was amazing fast and reliable. Sean and his team were amazing in helping us clean up from the tornado that hit White Lake on 8/24/21. During a very stressful time they were prompt in responding and did a great job clearing up all the down trees and debris. I highly recommend Top Tree Care and would use them again in the future if needed. We really appreciate the help! Great work by the team.
On time, excellent work, price & cleanup. Crew worked hard and definitely would hire them again. Cold weather didn't stop them at all.

Top Tree Care said they will remove stumps along with clean-up on 4 trees. One stump was not removed and clean-up was terrible. We paid the company before the stumps were removed (what a mistake, but you would think this company would do what they were paid to do) and when they returned to remove the stumps, owner said he could not remove one stump because it was too close to porch. Sean was outstanding to talk with from the original meeting to provide us an estimate to completion of the job. He provided sound advice on condition of our 200 year old Elm some 75-80 feet tall - pointing out several points of hollowed out branches and points of vulnerability/failure. I was quoted $2500 to cut 2 trees down. I made the appt. I was the only person scheduled for Saturday 06/27/2020. They never called to tell me when they were coming for Saturday. I called them I was told they would be here between 1 & 2pm. At 2pm I had 2 guys show up sit in my driveway for 20 minutes and then left. I called the owner @ 215pm he called me back @ 3pm and said he got held up at another job but never thought to update me and said he would not be doing my trees today.
