My water heater broke Friday evening. Saturday morning I called Top to Bottom and within a few hours Isiah arrived at my door. He was able to get the heater working temporarily while he searched for the correct parts. Due to the age of the heater, it was very difficult to get pets, and the timeline didn’t work for me. Isiah was amazing! He is very professional and the communication was great from start to finish. He was at the property in 20 mins after calling him for an emergency. Will definitely be recommending him to friends.
