Where do I begin? Just had two trees removed and not only were the crew very professional, they did a beautiful job of protecting my landscaping and cleaning up. Communication was clear and succinct from the get go. I would highly recommend using them and if I could give more stars, I would!
Easy to schedule and work with. Showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up well. The only disconnect was that it seemed the crew was not certain what exactly needed to be done upon arrival, but after talking with them, they got right to it. Second time using them amd would do so again. Follow-up: Company just called me less than an hour after initial review (which wasnt bad from my perspective) to apologize for any challenges. I have used Top Tier in the past. I was very happy with the job they did then and knew I could trust them to do a good job. I explained how I wanted my trees shaped and they did it to my specifications. The crew was also friendly and respected my property. They left my patio area with beautifully trimed trees and everything clean. The price was also very reasonable. I will deffently call on them in the future.
