Top Tier Treats (formerly Jamaica's Cakes) opened in late 2005. We are a specialty cake/dessert bakery, we make everything from scratch to order. You can stop in for a cupcake, cookie, or a breakfast pastry with our full espresso/coffee bar, all the way up to a fully custom stacked or sculpted occasion or wedding cake.
