I’ve never had as terrible of an experience as I’ve recently had with TOP TIER ROOFING & RESTORATION! I’ve now had issues with THREE of the employees, as well as the owner, indicative that this is not a reputable company! BEWARE , Me and my neighbor hired them to replace our roofs in July 2019 and they have not start and don’t know when they can . The owner texts and tells me he has mismanaged his business and can’t follow they with services . He won’t give me my deposit back . He can’t tell me when he can do the job . They are a bunch of scammers don’t use them, they need to go to jail for going around getting business and not doing the job . That’s practically stealing .
