Top Tier is the best roofing company out there. From the bottom to the top they are just amazing.
I contacted Top Tier Roofing about some apparent water damage on our kitchen ceiling. I got an immediate response from David Weber, the owner of the company. I wasn't sure that he would be willing to look at our issue since it was likely a small job. Calls to a couple of other companies went unanswered. He and Gilbert came out a couple of days later, looked at the problem knowing exactly what was needed and agreed to do the work for us at a nominal cost. We worked with Top Tier roofing and are so happy with our new roof and the customer service. I had numerous questions and Gil Ballin was so patient and worked with us throughout the entire process. The crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up each day before they left. You can trust this company from start to finish!
Great experience with Top Tier. Other contractors wanted to replace my tile roof completely — Top Tier fixed major leaks, added gutters, found matches for 40-yr-old broken tiles and swapped them in — all for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.
We just had a new roof put on in Nov 24. Very happy with the work and the customer service was exceptional.
