This review is a little long but it just goes to show the great work Top Tier does as a property management company. The property I moved into back in September was a townhouse the company recently took on. The property is a little older and had a lot of original equipment installed that, as the seasons would do, cause them to stop working. Rented with Top Tier for 3 years and loved every moment of it. Always super quick to respond to work orders and very communicative through the process. We liked them so much we decided to contact them to help us look for our first home and ended up purchasing with them. We worked with Rachel P. for two whole years (we were picky) and she was amazing the entire time- always had our backs and answered all our little first time home buyer questions. Top Tier Real Estate, specifically Rachel and Amber, are absolutely incredible.
