It has been a very refreshing experience working with Soraya and Top Tier Property Management. After a less than stellar experience with a previous property manager, I was stressed about going through the hassle of starting up with a new provider, but Soraya has made it as easy as possible by being thoroughly engaged, proactive, and available. I cannot stress what a difference it makes to have those three qualities in a properly manager.
I highly recommend Top Tier Property Management. They have been amazing to work with. Soraya helped get our first rental up and running. She walked us through each and every step, from competitively pricing the unit, to screening tenants, going over lease terms, and helping whenever issues arose.
