Top Tier remodeled our bathroom, we are very pleased with the outcome. ************************* was the installer; he was very professional and communicated everything with me. I appreciated him being very punctual. I would recommend them as they did an outstanding job. FIVE STARS TO THEM!!!!

Top Tier did an outstanding job on our new show. The tech who did the job was very professional keeping us informed of what he was doing and how long the job would take. Bathroom looks and works great. Not all companies in *********** will come out to ********* but they did and Im very glad they did.

Top Tier remodeled two of our bathrooms. Our installer, ****, did a wonderful job. Not only was his workmanship excellent, but he cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. Their communication and customer service is top notch, which is very important to me. I highly recommend them.

Top Tier did a wonderful job with our new walk-in shower. Our installer was very personable, as well as efficient. He communicated very well with us, and we are very pleased with the completed project. They were also very helpful in walking us through the VA paperwork, in order to qualify for a VA ***** for disabled veterans.

I was very impressed with the company. The salesman explained ******************** all my questions fully. Our bathtub and shower was removed, and a new shower was installed. The installer did an excellent job putting in the shower, went into full detail of what products to use cleaning the shower. All bases were covered. Top Tier is the best! They remodeled a bathroom for me several years ago and the quality products still look as good as new! I'm so pleased with their work that I will be hiring them for a kitchen remodel later in the summer. Clean, professional, quality...everything you want in a contractor!

Top Tier did a wonderful job on our new Jacuzzi shower. At first, we did not think we could replace our existing shower stall, but ******* had an alternate idea which worked great! Have had the new shower a few months now, and still love it. Excellent materials, professional workmanship, courteous installers, done in one day, and they left the house just as clean as before they arrived. I highly recommend them.

**** did an excellent job of removing our old ************* His installation of the new walk in shower was done with professionalism and quality work. he was great with letting us know everything he was doing and why. I was quite impressed how one man could get this done in one day. **** is a hard worker.

Worst business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have paid $4,000 in FEBRUARY and here i am with my bathroom WORSE off than it was when i called them. For starters, they ordered the wrong size shower pan and still showed up to my house with the WRONG SIZE. Does nobody check with the sales person to make sure everything is correct before even arriving? Hoping i would not notice and just take the wrong size?
