No attention to details whatsoever. The lady literally said no one is going to look at my hand from close distance. My nails are soooo thick and each nail has a different shape. So disappointed. i only wanted a simple refill.
I had a wonderful experience at Top Ten Nails! This is my go-to nail salon whenever I'm back home, and they always deliver beautiful nails and exceptional service. I had my nails done by Kathy, and she was absolutely superb — so genuine and kind, always checking in to make sure I was happy with each step of the process. I went with chrome French tips this time, and they turned out stunning! Highly recommend Kathy and the entire team here!
