There were 5 people working. Only the 2 men can do pedicures. .. 1 of the women can only do pedicures. Only 1 lady can do designs which happens to be the only one that can do waxing, nails and pedicures. I went in there at 12:30 and there was no one in front of me. They sat me at a pedicure spa. I day there for 45 minutes until they were able to stay my pedi. The water was cold by this point. I ask for a design and they tell me no because they don't have time.
