can't describe how horrible it is. the owner is so mean, he does not know how to treat his clients nor his employees. bad services, dirty implements, employees has no licenses especially for waxing. go to snappy nails across the street next to king sooper, way better buddies.
TERRIBLE! So they might be able to get a manicure and pedicure for two people done in record time, but they also set a record for how quickly the paint chips off - again, record time. I got my nails done Saturday night 7 pm. By Sunday morning at church, many had crack lines and chips at the top. Mind you, I had not done anything but go out to dinner, go to bed, and get dressed for church. By Monday, my nails looked terrible. I've never had such a careless, sloppy, quality lacking nail job in my life!
Top Ten Nails is great!!! They are wonderful - no appointment, and they still get you in right away. Decent pricing. Try the foot massage! Friendly people and very clean surroundings.
Top Ten Nails is Amazing I LOVE this place I have received nothing but wonderful customer service and Tracy is the best nail tech there... I have been going to this salon for 3 years now and i would never go anywhere else...
Not going back! I recently had a full set of acrylic nails done at this salon. I was very disappointed. I look at a trip to the salon as a break and a pampering session for myself. First they would not accomodate me sitting with my daughter when there were at least 4 open stations including the one next to me and the one next to her. Then I have NEVER seen anyone put on a full set of nails in 15 minutes, but the nail tech certainly deserves an award for speed. He, however, does not deserve one for quality. A masseuse that doesn't know what a piriformis or IT bad are!! I called this place for a massage, I specifically asked the gal on the phone if there was someone there who could give me a deep tissue sports massage and she said yes, so I make an appointment. When I arrive at the salon, I ask to use the bathroom before my massage, I was appalled at the filth in the rest room and should have made a run for it right then. DON'T GO HERE! I used to go to this place cause they were recommended to me. BAD service! The nails chip almost the minute you walk out the door. I've actually gotten to my car and had to go back for a repair. On my last visit the owner burned my skin while filing my nails, and the gel was so thick my hands felt like they weighed a ton! NOT good service, by any stretch of the imagination (and customer service skills are way below average). Would not recommend I have gone to this place on and off over the last 5 years and I have finally decided to stop going there for the following reasons: 1) Gel Nails were continually too thick, sometimes I would go back the next day to have them sanded down. 2) I usually had to bring my own polish because a lot of theirs were old and/or too thick. 3) Gel Nails constantly would lift - I thought it was just my nail bed that caused lifting but I have been going to a new place and have not been having the lifting problem anymore... read more
