Brought in my desktop for several easy fix problems. Tech ALEX didn't contact me for a week. He told me he was "working on my computer" the whole time. He deleted my admin user ability so I don't have permissions to save and alter files. He told me that I didn't need two users and deleted one without carrying any of the admin properties over to my other user. I would say that more harm than good was done to my computer. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, some problems take a long time to fix (not normally the case). We have to let the computer run through certain diagnostics and repair procedures. About 90% of software issues are fixed same day to next. However, that is not always the case. We try our best, but we are at the mercy of your computer and problem at hand. There are some issues we cannot fix simply over the phone and therefor need your computer. I have been to Top Tech Experts twice. The helped me with a boot-up problem and did all the diagnostics testes for FREE. Great service - how often does that happen? It seems my computer was having a temporary "brain freeze" and the boot-up problem "went away." Thanks to Alex for putting my mind at ease. I also bought a nice, clean used computer as a backup. For $200 I am very happy with my purchase. Honest and affordable prices. Great computer repair store.
