Good Shop They treated me like a long time customer even though it was the first time I had been to the shop. They were very helpful and professional.
Where to begin...we were quoted $1500-$2000 for head gaskets on a Monday. On Friday, the truck was still not repaired and was told it was $4600. He supposedly needed to replace a lot more, but never made one call to us about authorizing any additional repairs. After 19 days of holding our truck, the police went to him. The coward hid in his shop from the police! He was forced to accept what we were quoted and give us our truck back. Thank you BPD!! Now to have our truck inspected by an actual professional!
Triple AAA recommended when we had our vehicle towed. We knew it was a transmission issue. It took 3.5 months to get our vehicle repaired. Thank goodness we had an extra vehicle. Owner was very difficult to work. Promised good communication and never updated us. Told me to come in and he would show me how busy he is and how many emails he sent and asked me if i wanted my hand held during this process. Simply needed my car fixed. RecommendedDown to earth very friendly and great to deal with! We were far away from home when our chevy Malibu started leaking coolent. They were able to diagnose everything quick and tell us our issues which was a bad water pump. They got us in and fixed us up in a few hrs to get us back on the road. If we werent 1100 miles away we'd make them our go to mechanics all the time!
Darin is amazing. The crew knows what they are doing and got me back on the road in a day. Can't thank them enough.

Rip off. Quote to close a sunroof for $60 turned into $365!!!
By communicating with their costumers!! I got an estimate of $500.00 for some repairs on my Dodge Durango. They never called once to tell me what was going on, I called them myself twice within the 24 hours they had it. Then when finally finished they finally call and tell me I owe them $800.00. So wrong in many ways on their part and has a business!
