I understand that as human beings, things don’t always go perfectly—sometimes there are small issues like power outages—but that doesn’t take away from the quality of service this salon provides. I went to Jodi’s salon blind, not knowing what to expect……I am so happy that I did because she did an amazing silk press on my hair. It actually moves and has body!!!! Jodi truly cares about the integrity of her clients hair, and it shows. She is also very kind and personable. I really enjoyed my appointment. Thanks Jodi and Happy Birthday!!! God Bless
Well your response shows how dense you are. I’m extremely disappointed with the service my sister received. Not only was her hair washed with cold water due to an electrical issue, but instead of being upfront about the problem, the business chose not to inform her—knowing she was traveling to Jamaica. On top of that, her appointment didn’t even start at 11 AM as scheduled.
