I have been visiting this place every 25 days for the past 2 yrs for my gelX. Ting was excellent at her work always. The last time i went there, something unfortunate happened. Appointment at 5.30pm and i reached there at 5.20pm. Ting was busy still with someone and the person who did my nails rushed it, denied to do the design because it was almost closing time. Amazing pedicure experience ! So many upgrade options and not overpriced. I recommend the Crystal Pedicure. So glad I found this place.

Mind you it took me 2 hours to get there and they close at 8 pm they so lazy mind you they said for walk in you have to be in the door by 7:15 which I was and they still told me no that is no way to treat someone when they are trying to give you money and furthermore I came a long way to patronize your business that is completely a lie because you choose to do nails I am really beginning to hate these people because you ask for a service and a tip hears a TIP: STOP BEING LAZY AND GET IN YOUR BAG

I’ve been coming here for several years and stayed loyal because one of the technicians does good work but over time I’ve consistently felt dismissed whenever I’ve had concerns. The attitude here is honestly the biggest issue—they are often rude, defensive, and make you feel like you’re wrong for simply speaking up about your preference. Most recently, I was charged $55 for SNS with tips, $25 for ombré, $10 for cat eye, and $28 for a basic pedicure with regular polish—bringing my total to $118.
