I came here to get my nails done for my wedding, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The nail technician, Lisa, was very rough while working on my nails. During the appointment, she accidentally cut my finger with the nail drill, and my finger was bleeding. This is completely unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. This was, hands down, one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m still dealing with the aftermath two weeks later. I walked in with clear, specific boundaries. No drill near my cuticles. Keep my healthy nails intact. Narrow square shape. I was ignored on every single point. She took the drill to my cuticles anyway and filed them completely dry, the pain was excruciating, this sharp, wince-inducing pain that had me pulling my hand back.
