Ting is the best when it comes to the manicures hands down. I went to her once with a friend and been hooked ever since. 3 stars is for the women who did the pedicure. I probably got 4 pedicures in my life, paid around $20 and they all came out perfect. At this place, I paid $50 for a premium pedicure experience and it was terrible. I probably could have taught myself how to do a better pedicure. My nails were very rough and there were grooves on the nail bed because she didnt buff them or w.e makes it smooth. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I've been getting regular manicures for 6 years now (not including the sporadic manicures before then), and this is by the best salon I have ever been to. Affordable, fast and efficient, A LOT of color options, and convenient location with ample parking. I've been coming here to get my nails done by Ting for 3.5 years now, and every single time my nails look fantastic. I've been coming to this place for a while and when they first opened, they were a gem. Slowly but surely, quality became hit or miss and as of today the customer service is complete trash. You'd think for a loyal customer they would be more gracious for the money you spend with them, but Mae does not care.
