We had recently gotten a haircut for my son at this salon, and overall the cut was fine. My husband had specifically requested that they not reduce the hair length too much, and they followed those instructions. Later, I noticed that the back section could use a little trimming and shape, so I went back to the salon to politely request a small adjustment. I wasn't blaming them at all.
