I did an online appraisal for 4500 on my truck and setup appointment for visual appraisal. they tried to de value my truck by half of value at 2300 because of 3 dings and faded paint that was already on online appraisal. Appraiser guy tried to say it's only a truck and I don't feel like we should go by Kelly blue book so I will not be returning I went to a better dealership namely Herrin gear and got more than full value over 5000 for my 2003 silverado truck.
This place is straight scamming people out their money! Never made any review! Over charged me with made up charges after trading a car and giving them 7500 up front Chris is a straight lier all he interested is in getting your money! Dub this dealership straight trash!
Recently bought a car from here and what a nightmare experience. They list a car for $26k and when you get there they tell you it’s actually $30k. Half way through the fine print is where you’ll see where they sneakily added a section talking about a down payment. I was also told it had an “upgraded” exhaust when in reality it had an exhaust leak.
