Highly recommended, I had to drive somewhere for work after driving 5 meters or so I found out I had flat. I gave them a call and asked if they could fit me in this afternoon - they said they could. When I arrived at the shop they started work straight away and fixed the puncture in under 20 minutes and at an amazing price!
Pete has a trustworthy vehicle repair shop here at Top Spec. Been going regularly for Colorado maintenance. Can book and get courtesy car. Very convenient. Fair dealings and friendly caring service.
I really can't speak highly enough of Pete and the Top Spec Automotive team. They were recommended to me by my partner and his family who have taken their cars there for many years now. Twice I've had my car breakdown out of the blue, and Pete always makes space for me to have it towed there, and makes time to take a look the same week. As this is my first time owning a car, it can be stressful trying to figure out who to trust and I've been so lucky to be recommended Top Spec Auto.
Honest and upfront – that’s how they operate. Don’t expect the glitzy car dealership experience that costs you an arm and a leg. This is an old-school, no-nonsense workshop where the team really knows their stuff. Communication is straightforward, though you might need to give them a follow-up call or two – but hey, that’s part of the charm.
I would not recommend. If you want a mechanic, don’t go to them. I have had 2 cars with problems and after holding onto my cars for nearly 2 weeks I would call to see how it’s going and they hadn’t even started on it yet let alone fix a problem that was relatively easy, after getting other mechanics afterwards to have a look, problem was found and fixed with less hassle.
