Honest and upfront – that’s how they operate. Don’t expect the glitzy car dealership experience that costs you an arm and a leg. This is an old-school, no-nonsense workshop where the team really knows their stuff. Communication is straightforward, though you might need to give them a follow-up call or two – but hey, that’s part of the charm.
I would not recommend. If you want a mechanic, don’t go to them. I have had 2 cars with problems and after holding onto my cars for nearly 2 weeks I would call to see how it’s going and they hadn’t even started on it yet let alone fix a problem that was relatively easy, after getting other mechanics afterwards to have a look, problem was found and fixed with less hassle. I have taken both our cars (Kia and an older Mercedes) to Top Spec in recent weeks. They were wonderful to deal with: very quick, and a great price. Can highly recommend!
