I wish I could give a Zero stars!!! We used tropical h2o and regret it immensely. Stay away!!!!! This is a small business that plays with our money once the deposit is given. Juan A. Baez is a bit of a con. Keep my money and doesn’t want to return it. Never pulled permits in the City of Pembroke Pines. Never returns calls. Owns money to a lot of people, no one wants to work with him. I wish I would’ve done more research, I most definitely would’ve used a more reputable company with integrity.
Beware, this company is a huge scam! They still have our money, haven’t done the work and are nowhere to be found.
I wish I could put zero stars for this review. This is a criminal taking money from hard working people. I paid a large deposit and after a year of stalling and excuses as to why Juan Baez could not begin work in my pool, I gave up and moved on. Don’t be tricked by this scam artist and fake reviews of good service and quality construction. Go with a proven company and not these thieves.
