Topshelf plumber Chris saved myself and 3 neighbours from at least another 24hours of no water and further flooding. He responded promptly and accurately to the emergency of my flooding hot water service. 20 years ago I was referred, by a good neighbour to Danny of Topshelf, as a "good plumber ". His team have been worth their weight in gold for their prompt, accurate,and reasonable service. I cannot recommend them too highly. I purchased a home with a renovated ensuite, so was very surprised when a hairline crack appeared in the toilet bowl. Chris from Top Shelf came to fit my new toilet. He discovered that the floor tiling was not level, and this was the likely cause of the crack. He went to a lot of trouble to make sure this toilet was level while fitting. A very nice guy to deal with, and left the area clean. Would highly recommend Top Shelf.
Top Shelf Plumbing provided a great experience from start to finish. They were on time for our appointment and were incredibly respectful of our home, making sure to keep their workspace tidy and leaving no mess behind. Their team was efficient getting the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. I especially appreciated how communicative Chris was, explaining every step of the process and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend them!
