I've been eating at Top Shelf since 1976 when they opened in Mesa. 40 years later they have moved to the nw valley and the food and atmosphere is as good as ever. This is my top Mexican food restaurant in the U.S. and always will be.

When they get your order right it's very good. I haven't been back after my order was wrong again. They replaced my meal..my family had their meal while I waited for mine. My meal arrived and my family was almost finished with their meal...this time the order was correct but the first bite had a bread tie in it. Needless to say my appetite was gone.
