Tried to support a local business during this time placed an online order at 3:30 for 6:30 pickup and still wasn’t ready and waited in the lobby 30 minutes had to leave empty handed they refunded my order but kept the tip! No apology from the manager either! Wow! Will not ever be back even after all this craziness!
As regulars every Tuesday, we arrived tonight to a sign at the bar that said “please wait to be seated” and another customer in front of us trying to talk to the hostess about how disappointed he was that other people just walked in and sat at the bar while they were still waiting for a seat at the bar. She just nodded and said, “I understand.” And then to overhear a server tell the hostess, “well if they want to wait an hour for their food, let them.” These past 3-4 months service and food has gone extremely downhill. Went there on Friday and had the worst experience. The customer service was horrible! Walked in the door with four staff standing behind the front desk and not one of them even acknowledged our presence. After we ordered our food it took over an hour to get. When we did get it my beans were dry and rubbery and my chicken fajitas didn’t even come out on a sizzling plate. They were cold and smashed onto a small plate with my beans.
