Service has gone downhill. There are more people standing around then working. The wait times for the detailing are ridiculous because everyone is just standing around and talking. I went to the office to cancel my membership and while I was there they wanted to pull my car up but couldn’t find my e-brake but instead of starting to dry my car everyone just stood around clueless. Well I went there today with hopes of having a clean car when I left. I'm a busy mom with 3 kids who play sports and swim and ride horses so you can imagine I have no time to do this myself. The outside was washed but many spots missed. The inside, well they didn't clean my back windows where all the kids fingerprints were, they didn't wipe off or vacuum the seats. The cup holders were not wiped out, and only half assed vacuumed the carpets. I'm annoyed I spent 25 bucks for such a poor half done job.
The outside of my car was cleaned, not as well as I do it but fine. My problem is with the two slugs that "cleaned" the inside. The just kept wiping the same area and walking around my car while talking with each other. They did not look at any areas that could be vacuumed. I think both were scared to bend over to vacuum. So I'll be doing their job as soon as I can.

They do excellent work ,there quick an know how to get Windows clean inside an out
Very Poor customer relations, and this was from the manager. The employee that first assisted me was great, very courteous. Things went downhill fast when the manager was supposed to be assisting me with debit purchases.
I've been coming here since it opened and it's they always do an amazing job! Highly recommend Top Shelf Car Wash in Titusville.
