He did us very good zero complaints....... now understand, I didn't understand a word he said but a guy there translated for me. He's good. He was less expensive by about half of what I was expecting to pay( the amount in my mind)
I drove two hours away from where I live so these guys could do my alignment! I have a very low car and needed a totally custom alignment done. It took all day, but on the drive home I couldn’t stop thinking about how fantastic it was! I’m so grateful to the team and to John for making sure I was taken care of. If you take your project and performance cars here, they will be in great hands!
Customer service = non existent Communication = non existent If you are looking for a reliable mechanic, this is not the shop that will meet your needs. Dude does not listen. Vehicle still not working properly. Instead of trying to fix his mess up, he kicks you out of his shop and tells you that you are not welcome there.
Top Shelf provided me the best experience ever with my two cars, including a change of radiator. Pricing and service are not only excellent, but David will go the extra mile to accommodate you in every way, definitely providing that little “extra” that is so hard to find today, all in the perfect relaxed atmosphere. I strongly recommend.
