Solid experience with Top Service Plumbing. Field supervisor Jesse was knowledgeable, communicative, and pleasant to deal with — which isn't always a given. He explained everything clearly, didn't oversell us on anything, and offered practical recommendations that made sense for our situation. You could tell he knew what he was doing and genuinely cared about doing it right. Would absolutely use this company again in the future.

We had a bad outdoor hose bibb that had been welded by the builder so I couldn't repair or replace it myself. Technician Jesse texted before arriving and explained the problem and what he would do step by step. The new hose bibb work perfectly and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought the price was too high even during these inflationary times.

Technician quoted me $1k+ to replace an $11 angle stop (after the $159 diagnostic fee and military discount). One angle stop. Literally nothing else. Not same-day service. Not after-hours. The price for the scope of work was flat out disrespectful.
